The culture and the people are amazing, Natus is a family. The highest levels of management are accessible and easy to speak with. Your ideas are heard and actioned. There is recognition for great employees and there is room to grow. The company is flexible and rewards solid employees.

Cons

Sometimes things can take longer than we'd like to get done. They'll eventually get there, but you may need to be persistent and patient.
