Pros
The 4 founders are smart and professional, yet extremely accessible. The office is great and there are lots of events. Working time is very flexible. Everything is in English. The product is technologically very interesting.
Cons
First of all, the offered salaries are quite low. I heard this from several colleagues. Second, in the last couple NavVis hired a lot of managers who are very experienced, but also significantly older and far from the startup atmosphere that was present beforehand. It's becoming a big company, which can be a good or a bad thing :-)
