Work culture: 1 - No employee has any positive attitude towards work. 2 - Work culture totally negative Work : 1 - As a developer you will never get much developement task every morning you will get bundle of support tasks. 2 - You will be hired to support client not to for actual development. Superior: 1 - Superior behavior is not appropriate for any employee as in profession even with new comers. 2 - Nobody will behave with you politly or even understand in some critical situation. Management : 1 - Creating culture like school which is never be acceptable.

Great work culture Employee friendly work environment Solid infrastructure Employee friendly policies On-site opportunities Great tech stack Niche domain Work life balance As a marketing associate, this was a great opportunity for me to get a chance to directly meet clients and have face to face interactions with them. A very niche domain to work in and wonderful culture. Professional management team and policies like medical insurance for all staff, their spouses and children has been personally beneficial to me.

Cons

Employees need to be encouraged to do more volunteer work. The employees should be made aware of company sponsored education program that the company has as its policy.
