      Stable job, good people, varied interesting work.

      Cons

      Lot of hours at times. Plenty of emergent work, though I enjoy those jobs. Some of the most interesting work.

      Family friendly, good work-life balance, opportunity for advancement currently, adequate levels of training.

      Cons

      Increasingly burdensome management structure that reduces effectiveness and does not seem to progress in the desired direction. Absence of technically challenging work. Low standards and out-dated office facilities for much of engineering. Poor technology availability.
