      There is a Professional Atmosphere. There is somewhat of an issue of fairness when looking out for self. Staff does high Quality Work.

      Cons

      Washington, DC is not the best place to work. Parking at NAVSEA is not good, even for senior personnel. Neighborhood is not good.

      You can make credit hours and take some days free. Up to 3 days. Is a low stress environment. They help you go to graduate school. They have on site classes! They provide training in different areas.

      Cons

      Technology change very slowly due to the nature of the work. Your salary is capped because is government.
