Close net group of like minded and motivated individuals. There is plenty of work but you have down time to recoup and catch up as well. Physical orientated work load with plenty of time outside and in/under the water.

Interesting and meaningful project. Great benefits and telework option (only come into office three days a week). Travel depending on your job type and overall great pay until you're capped which takes about 15 years.
