Typical cult kind of environment. You fit in if you act like everyone else. Frat boy kind of energy. They will see that a whole team is doing poorly and find a way to blame the team instead of looking at the leadership at all. Pushing and circulating the same accounts for months and then act confused when there’s minimal traction. Wasted the talent of a lot of great reps & AE’s. People have left and soared at other companies and that’s when you realize that the culture was just off. They convince you that this is the greatest product and it should be easy to sell, then you go to another company that uses a competitor for a much lower price and realize “I was trying to get people to pay what?!” If you know you’re talented, save yourself the energy.

They tried very hard to be that upbeat, high-energy start-up, but most of the time it felt like there was a lot of disorganization, in the sales department at least. The management also didn't get along well, and there were some instances of unprofessionalism.
