      Very Well Positioned for When Travel Returns

      Pros

      -Amazing workforce, experts in the industry and all great to work with. Genuinely can't think of a single colleague I don't like -By far the best product in this space, no doubt about it. As well positioned as any company in any industry for when things go back to normal -Fun start up environment when in the office

      Cons

      The way the layoffs were handled could have been done better. Upper management hasn't been A+ in analyzing a proper sales strategy for dealing with things while COVID is still in effect but they are trying and open to feedback on what is working. A lot of the reviews I'm seeing are way too harsh though, and under normal circumstances this company was absolutely flying.

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities to build to fix for short and long-term problems - Disruptive product that's making an impact in the market - Travel stipend is great

      Cons

      - Company is moving very fast, so it may not be the best environment for everyone (really depends on what you're looking for and what type of environment you do well in) - Needs to mature processes quickly
