- Lots of interesting, exciting challenges to solve. No day is the same. - Strong department leadership - No "sacred cows" - individuals are given the trust and autonomy to execute - High integrity product that provides incredible value

Cons

- Typical of a start-up, lots of growing pains with facilities accommodating such a quickly growing team.

Pros

I joined TripActions this year and it is the best job that I've ever held for several reasons. I hadn't worked for an employer in several years, and was wary of joining a corporation marketing team until I met everyone and learned more about the role. (1) The team is incredible. The people who work at TripActions are smart and kind. They are adults who know how to work hard, without allowing their lives to be defined by their work alone. (2) It is incredibly supportive team. The teams are built to foster growth and teamwork. I have worked out of three offices and have seen this energy across every department and location. (3) The mission and vision is real. It is not just lip service. The mission of "being there in person" really drives people and remind them that human connection is at the source of what we do. (4) It is exciting to be a part of a rapidly growing company poised for more rapid international expansion. It is an exciting moment to be a part of. (5) Business travel is involved for most roles -- and there are opportunities to travel for events or work in most roles.

Cons

The interview process took two months.
