      Pros

      Layoff planning is brewing now! Ask your HRBP or Finance team. Cover you back and Run as fast as you can. The moral is extremely low and the culture is so poor that you see good people just keep leaving

      You will get a great sense of how the company has been operating by just looking at how many executives left in the past year and who are left.

      Pros

      I've worked at Navan for 4.5 years, and the company and culture continually impress me with its adaptability and drive. The leadership team has led with integrity, transparency, and commitment through challenges like COVID and opportunities like launching an entirely new line of business with Navan Expense. It's a great place to build a career, because of the many avenues for growth. I love getting to be part of such a truly global team--my colleagues are in the USA, Europe, and Israel -- and getting to work on multiple lines of business from travel management to expense. I had my first child while working at Navan, and the company was extremely supportive, with fair and generous paid maternity leave benefits. I'd recommend Navan to anyone, at any stage of their career. I've worked in this industry for 12+ years and I truly believe that the future for Navan is brighter than ever.

      Cons

      The global nature of the company means there are some colleagues that I only see once per a year, but it also gives me flexibility to occasionally work remotely. So, while I'd love more in-person time with our marketing team, I love that we get so many different perspectives from around the world. Other teams are more concentrated in one market.
