      Pros

      Best product. All of our competitors stopped innovating during Covid, but we continued, and now our product is leaps and bounds above anything else in the market Best comp plan ever. Top Commercial AE's can make $400k/year A stacked exec team that'll definitely take this company public. Funding from the best VC's in the world and an increasing valuation even during Covid. Clearly something is going right. Investment in professional growth and quick promotion path.

      Pros

      Lots to space to take responsibility, grow and thrive in a growing company. Lots of smart, hardworking people to team with. Unlimited time off, flexible work schedules. Major prospect of disrupting a latent market and exiting to a great result.

      Cons

      As a startup, the pace is faster than a traditional, established company. But that's also kind of what you sign up for. Entire travel industry also suffered in 2020, which obviously affected the business. Recovery is underway though.
