      If you are looking to be challenged, learn from the best leaders, and be supported by an awesome network/team this place is for you! Amber on recruitment team is amazing to work with and Eugene has been doing an amazing job onboarding and managing in this virtual landscape! There are so many other awesome people at this company who have helped me along the way. I am excited to continue to build relationships with all of them :)

      Selling the best travel program during a pandemic while working from home has it's frustrations. Super excited to get back to the office:)

      The pay was incredible and fair. They devote so much time to making sure you understand the information for travel and the equipment they use. Super friendly and vibrant atmosphere with free lunches offered in house everyday before covid-19. Now they are mostly working from home. They were very fair when we parted due to the impact on travel because of the pandemic. I miss them all the time.

      Cons

      TripActions is in the travel agency on the csr side of things, from airports to car and hotel services for corporate businesses. Travel was effected very negatively when the covid-19 pandemic broke out and because of this, over 300 people lost their jobs. The outlook on their hiring opportunities appear dim. Hopefully when the virus is contained, they will pick up more speed.

      Pros

      TripActions has built incredible product that are market leaders in the space, and continues to gain market share even in the most trying of times. The culture and values are also very strong. The team is great, they work hard, and they care about building something truly excellent. Everyone is helpful, and generally tries to support one another. It's honestly amazing how little politics there are given the challenges the business is facing. I've seen much worse at companies with far fewer difficulties.

      Cons

      This is obviously a difficult time for the travel industry. We expect the road to normal will be long, but honestly that makes it a great time to join. Buy low, sell high they say ;)
