      Pros

      It’s rare to find a company where you can stay for 7+ years and still feel challenged. Having moved through four different roles now, I’ve seen multiple sides of the business. The benefits have remained competitive, and the culture has evolved in a positive direction over the years.

      Cons

      With growth comes some growing pains. Navigating the changing organizational structure over the years can be a bit of a whirlwind, and "process" can sometimes slow down "action."

      Data quality is poor, and leadership still relies on it for decisions, which creates misalignment on performance and priorities. Internal ownership is unclear, and leaders do not enforce accountability across teams, so problems get passed around. Cross-functional communication is inconsistent, and leadership does not enforce clear operating cadences or standards. Teams are expected to operate with high ownership, but without clear direction or structure from management. The environment is reactive, and leadership does not consistently prioritize building scalable systems over short-term fixes.
