      The salary is good compared other companies within the same role

      Cons

      The company publishes work schedules without taking their employee's into consideration at all. While what they are doing is within their legal right, they do not care about what commitments you might have outside of regular work hours, and will schedule you to work evening shifts (14:30-23:00) for months at the time, giving you no space to be with family, friends or any other commitments that you have. For comparison, this change has recently happened, after working at the company for 2 years with regular 8:00-16.30/9:00-17:30 hours. At the same time Navan brags about a healthy work-life balance and how it cares about its employees.

      Pros

      Sales team seems to rock. Comp is decent for a company at this level. Outlook is good. People are collaborative. Egos are not too high. Product is improving though pretty slowly.

      Cons

      Too much stuff to do without solid priority. I see people being let go without solid justification and other less competent staff staying.
