Pros

Not that I can remember… Everyone is just looking for their own advantages.

Cons

People clearly do not matter. If you can live with that, you might be around for longer than some months. But turnover rate is very high, being friends with management will result in promotions rather than skills, asking people to come back to the office (no matter if your team mates are in the same location or not) seems pretty stupid - or a method to make sure people wanna leave … And from what I heard (first hand) - sexual harassment is not taken seriously as long as the person harassing is somewhat more important to the company than the person being harassed. Honestly?

Pros

-The most supportive SDR community I have experienced in my sales career - Everyone is on the same team and there is a great sense of community and support from fellow SDRs and Account Executives alike. -The SDR management has been nothing short of amazing. The management is constantly working hard on their end to ensure my success as an SDR. Whether thats through constant constructive and supportive feedback or through doing their own research on the tools and assets I can use to succeed. -Working hard is directly correlated with being rewarded here at Navan. This comes from other congratulating and encouraging you as well as benefits the company is more than happy to supply. -The SDR role is not always the most fun or enjoyable role on a day to day basis, however being an SDR at Navan redefines what the role can look like and is acknowledged for the value it brings.

Cons

-There is a lot expected out of SDRs at this organization and you will struggle to stay on top of your job if you are not fully bought in. - Things are very fast paced which can be a pro or con depending on the person -compensation at the base level is hourly which may be a pro or con depending on the individual

- In office snacks/drinks - Cool office location - Not much else...

Cons

- Toxic work environment - Incompetent management who does not care about your career - Blatantly lied during the interview process - Constantly changing metrics, quota and other important position requirements - Work life balance - Constantly micromanaged about daily calls, but no help provided when you're seen struggling - Get ready for minimal to zero inbound leads - One time training event and little to no training after - If you want to go back to the toxicity of high school... this may be the job for you!!! - I would highly recommend staying as far away from Navan (TripActions) as possible
