      - Everyone wants you to win - True and formal path to promotion, no ambiguity - Everyone who truly puts in effort is successful here

      - Very intense - Little to no room for small errors

      Pros

      - Every company travels, the opportunity and TAM at Navan is massive - Growing company with goals of going public - Great pay, attainable quota (they also just bumped base pay) - Good team culture, competitive against other sellers but not cut throat - Great work/life balance - Improved with consistency, changes are less frequent and more predictable

      Cons

      - Navan has changed a ton in my 3 years here, and those changes used to be much more jarring and sudden. As a late stage startup, the company has matured a lot making things more consistent but also reducing the opportunity for rapid internal mobility in the way that there was earlier in the companies progression
