      Start up company with solid product to back up

      Pros

      Target is achievable, most reps get up to target quickly, uncapped commission, some reps over achieve frequently. Management - collaboration, management very visible and approachable (both commercial managers have been AEs here themselves) Great team culture - office based most days of the week means you get to know each other well. Office is full of snacks, food and coffee and you get free lunch on deliveroo everyday!

      Cons

      Still a "start up" vibe; liking change and being flexible are a must, it's so fast paced. This isn't for everyone but if you want to work in the disruptive tech space then this is the best place to do that and actually hit your targets.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with on my team were so strong and smart - but most of them left for the same reasons I did.

      Cons

      If you don't want to conform or remain an individual, then TA isn't for you. They also don't do right by their customers and I found that my values no longer aligned with the way they were going. Questionable management tactics, questionable requests from TA from customers. Leaders who have questionable morals. Management was based on tenure and not skill. Some people are just not managers. There was no safe space to question or voice concerns without being told that you're not a "team player". If you were not part of the in-crowd, there was no way an opportunity for career growth was in the stars for you and you were actively bullied out. They also say that it's a hybrid workplace and it looks like they're actively working towards a full time in office position. I have never had my mental health so tested in an environment.
