Pros

TripActions has the best people, best culture, and the best product in the market. I hope this company keeps growing and I never have to leave.

Its fast moving, so if you don't like to work hard it's not the place for you

Micromanaging Manager/Employee talk very rudely. They "Just Say It" without being thoughtful and respectful. This is the first company that I worked for, that from top to down uses PROFANITY to get their message across which I think is unprofessional. Employees are stressed out because they're spoken to by management in a threatening tone to get the job done even if it means working all night and weekends. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL! I wouldn't recommend working for this organization. Too much bad stress and negativity which you all know is extremely bad for your health.

We do not tolerate disrespectful nor unprofessional workplace communication styles. One area we are committed to as a leadership team is to ensure our hard working employees also have the ability to disconnect from work and recharge their batteries. A few initiatives we have implemented to ensure employees can step back from work and reset include; our July 4th Recharge Week and our end of year company-wide Quiet Week. We will continue to explore additional ways to support our employees to be both satisfied at work and outside of work.
