Pros

The team in Sydney are awesome and all very helpful Health insurances + lunches and frequent team/office outings are a plus as well Rapid growth means lots of opportunities for fast progression. Company is still a blank canvas in some ways so there’s opportunities for those who want to step up and make their mark. The product is all the way there in some way but for the most part is cutting edge

Cons

Lots of rapid growth means lots of change which isn’t always good. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll just do the bear minimum and Coast through each day then you’ll hate this company as the support role Itself can be gruelling . Starting salary was competitive 12 months ago but now that travel is back it’s not quite kept up with competitors
