      Pros

      - High bar of talent, people here are great at their jobs! - Friendly environment, people want whats best for you here. The human aspect of work is still very much alive and I feel cared about as a person. - Competitive pay and fun benefits - Lots of creative employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      - The company is growing fast. That comes with some growing pains. If people dont like ridding those waves then it could be too tough. But this also makes for some fun learning experiences.
