Every manager has their own style of leadership and I am sorry to hear that in this case, there was not a successful connection between you and your manager. Based on the very low attrition within this department, it makes me feel even stronger about the importance of working with managers and teammates to develop those strong and prosperous relationships. Regardless, I am sure that you are coming from a good place and that everything you said, you mean. It is not always easy to go through transition periods with team leadership and that experience can be challenging for some, though temporary. We have now put that transitional period behind us and we are very excited to have recently brought on our new CISO, who is leading this org and seeing some exceptional results. We feel extremely confident in the continued success of this team. As a leadership team at TripActions, we are always looking to keep all of our employees engaged and heard. Showing respect as well as having an environment of transparent and collaborative communication is an integral part of our company culture.
