      Pros

      Amazing Colleagues, Loads of innovation, fast pace, Loads of interesting projects and initiatives. Real Silicon valley tech company disrupting the travel industry. Travel is back and we are hiring!

      Cons

      Fast pace is not for everyone. Rapidly changing priorities. High expectations from management which is not for everyone. Covid times were rough and we had to let go of some folks which impacted the culture but it is way better now and we are hiring again.

      Pros

      Other employees non management are great. Only reason to stay was the benefits. Travel benefits Insurance benefits Office was nice Before pandemic they did alot of fun things.

      Cons

      During the pandemic they really didn't care about their employees. They kept you in the dark and made it feel like everything was fine. Probably the worse way to treat your employees during a national pandemic. They are hiring now again and I would never go back after how they treated everyone. They showed their true colors and nature during a time when people needed help. Only cared about teams making them money. Alot of favoritism.
