Free lunch, shared working space, good tech

Cons

Very poor management across most levels. It was an unnecessarily stressful work environment, leadership lacked direction which would then impact on the rest of the team. We were micro-managed, leadership were oblivious to the market we were selling into and would never listen to people who had industry experience. TripActions was completely void of any culture because everyone was too stressed trying to hit unrealistic targets.

People leaving or getting fired/layoff at Navan has been normalised. 1. Read these reviews (the average score compared to any other similar company will paint a clear picture) 2. Key metric: average employee tenure. The turnover perpetuates a tense atmosphere of instability. Morale was chronically low whilst I was there and continues to be. You'll spend weekends job hunting...do not join this business

industry leading product, nice offices and free lunch, generous pay, opportunities for promotion if you are popular internally

Cons

Long hours, dog eat dog culture, stressful workload. To do well you have to be liked by peers and management, otherwise you're excluded. Cliquey work environment. Smaller clients are also generally not happy due to a lack of support
