Pros

Great people- being apart of this office with so many driven, smart, and talented people motivates you to work hard to succeed. The energy is definitely contagious. We also get catered lunches, it’s a nice office, great management, and it is a great product.

Cons

If you are willing to work hard, be uncomfortable at times, and do what it takes to be successful, then there really aren’t any cons.

Pros

Navan rewards those who work hard. Is it easy to get promoted? No. Is it achievable? Absolutely. The culture is great- I have met some of my closest friends here, and the average age of a sales rep here has to be like 26.5 years old. It's a young, fun, but yet again... a HARDWORKING company. This was my first job out of college (graduated in 24') and I was promoted under a year. If you have time management skills, and strong discipline, they give you the rest to succeed- from enablement, mentorship, etc. INVEST IN SR. STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS (not because of politics, but because the tenured and seasoned sales leadership can teach you so much here).

Cons

If you don't speak up for yourself, nobody is coming to save you. That's not unique to Navan, but I would say if you feel like you should speak up about something, do it. Because then, people will listen, help, or accommodate whatever you need. I would also say that promo is again difficult to achieve (in under a year that is). If you're comfortable in an SDR role for 1.5 years, this is a good place to be. I will say they reward consistency, meaning hit your number every month (hard and high expectation, but again, possible).
