Pros

food beer food beer food beer food beer oh wait not anymore.

Cons

ever since covid, its clear, this company wont be returning back to 'normal'. Travel has changed forever. The company is on the decline and along with that we have inexperienced management and a new CRO who has not a clue. I would work here again.

Pros

- Rapid growth - if you want to say you work for a company that is hypergrowing, TA is the one - Gaining fame/namesake in the market (for both tech and travel) - Relatively fast career progression and title/level changes (if you are favored by decision-makers) - Friendly and helpful recruiters and recruitment coordinators

Cons

- Slow and inexperienced HR (outside of recruiting). Benefits/immigration folks are not clear on what they're doing - No mental health support or insurance - Career growth based largely on favoritism and nepotism - Micromanaging leaders (managers and C-level execs alike) - Constant excuse of "we are a start-up, we'll work on it" when faced with problems or honest feedback - Rigid leaders and ideas in finance & legal that slows down work

Pros

When it was TripActions, there was a sense of excitement, teamwork, and grit. Felt like we were pushing towards something. We had goals to reach, and we worked hard to achieve them.

Cons

To me, the downfall started pre rebrand, when the CMO was let go out of nowhere. Still haven’t heard a valid reason for the decision, my only guess was a power struggle with the CEO. From that point on, it was all downhill. No strategy, everyone working in fear and looking for new jobs. Constant change and constant layoffs. We lost a lot of benefits as well. No more 401k match, work anniversary gifts turned to nothing. Onsite lunches got worse, etc. It truly became a company who once cared for their employees to a company who could care less.
