Pros
I'm in Navan for more than 5 years, focusing on solving critical business challenges using existing tech, and where it doesn't exist - by innovation. The ability to deeply be involved in all of the aspects of the company - from the customers, through marketing efforts, up to financial affects of the technology - is what making my day-to-day work interesting.
Cons
Working in Navan is not for the faint of heart - we are running fast, we iterate over and over, and as a developer you are measured by actual affect on the users, not how nice your code is - so. you better not fall in love in your code.
