      Micro-Managing Overstaff causing performance numbers to go down for employees Most/all online platforms we work with have constant issues No longer allowing remote work that we were originally guaranteed

      Real business with real product and huge market

      Pros

      - down to earth leadership - focus on product excellence and customer success - hyper-growth environment, many opportunities for junior folks to grow individually - if you push hard enough you can make real impact and launch huge initiatives EVERY WEEK - teams execute exceptionally well for a startup - like a Swiss watch

      Cons

      - large company feeling is inevitable: e.g., you can't just play hip-hop music loudly in the office, no annual trips to Vegas - parking in Palo Alto is tough - sometimes tech choices by certain individuals felt too conservative

      High-speed growing company with multi-national employees. Very welcoming atmosphere. Good work-life balance. Opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      It's sometimes challenging to collaborate over different time zones, but not a significant burden.
