      Pros

      Company is growing and it looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      Long term I lack belief in it. I do not like our hires, I understand we are blitzscaling, but many are fraternity small salesmen. There are a lot of competitors esp in Europe and the model as an industry isn't proven. i dont think this business model is correct, I belief there is a smarter model that some competitors have just adopted.

      - Company is always growing quickly. - Productive team. - Sales team always works hard to achieve goals. - Perks, food, benefits. - Good pay scale.

      Cons

      - Favoritisms from management. Poor management at times. - Not enough collaboration. - Very political environment. - Marketing and Sales are sometimes on totally different pages. - Environment can be toxic at times. - Sales across the board can stab eachother in the back. Take other people’s ideas, make people look bad on purpose, blatantly disrespect others behind backs or in groups.
