      Pros

      The engineering culture here is great. The teams all really support innovation and try to stay on the bleeding edge of swe tools and practices as they come out. Lots of engineers here that truly love what they do. For a larger company I was very surprised how fast they like to move on eng side. This was so refreshing for someone coming from other large companies. Worked with a great recruiter who was extremely responsive. They were quick to answer all of my questions and did a great job explaining what to expect as an employee here. Felt a ton more human that my past recruiting experiences.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and it can be hard to maintain great culture at scale. So I hope this positive review holds up!

      Pace is intense and priorities can shift quickly in a high-growth environment. Processes and tools are still being refined as the company scales. Teams are distributed, so cross-time-zone communication can sometimes take extra coordination.

      Pros

      Navan is a fast-paced environment and while that's not for everyone, if you are ambitious and hungry to grow as both a person and a professional then there is not a better place to work. Culture is a major factor as everyone helps everyone -- and everyone is hard-working and ambitious as well. People who work hard and succeed will have tons of doors of opportunity open.

      Fast-paced can be a double-edged sword. This job is not easy. So for someone looking for an easy job, it's not for them. If you're looking to be challenged and grow, then it's perfect.
