Pros

The industry is ripe for the picking and the product is fantastic.

Cons

Pay is average, heavily micromanaged, rigid work from office culture (especially here in SF where our office was broken into twice), no work-life balance, told to bring ideas but punished when you do, and I'm hearing they're going to change our comp plan yet again.. 3rd time in 6 months.

Exciting developments in offerings to customers.

Cons

Management is very unstable due to the monthly changes in EVP’s, VP’s, Directors, and Managers. Big shake up in VP level due to ethical stance verses sales. The tool is not as customizable as other booking tools for booking business travel. Product releases are agreed to if benefits TripActions not the customer. Managers will tell you one thing that impacts your employment stability and than turn on a dime and change there opinion to put you employment in jeopardy. The turnover rate is crazy high!
