Pros

Great pay and overtime opportunities

Cons

The company takes no accountability for their faulty app. Uses Travel consultants as scapegoats for their poor app construction. Unrealistic expectations and no job security. Agreeing to work here is agreeing to a possible heart attack. Good luck

Pros

Somewhat amenable to remote work, decent benefits

Cons

- Complete sales-run nonsense; everything is for show - Everyone wants someone else to take responsibility, and when you don't take responsibility for someone else's failures you're on the chopping block - The engineers are always blamed for management's lack of planning and most importantly their lack of communicating - Everything is thrown over the wall back and forth, no one actually practices any kind of Agile techniques (but they will say they do in the interview) - Finger pointing is the go-to solution to anything somewhat wrong - They recently implemented a policy where 10% of their workforce is laid off each year, based on whatever Finance determines is appropriate
