      Nice colleagues, everyone is overqualified for their position.

      Messy company, everyone is overqualified for their position but once settled for lower title, very quickly you find out that America pulls all strings. They change their minds on a whim, no point to start the projects and showcase your experience. Ask for more money as they cut employee costs across all offices. Unlimited holiday means nothing, as it will not be approved for longer than two weeks and you still are expected to take your laptop. Communication is an issue, directors don't communicate to each other or their teams. Compliance is non existing. They will fire you in two minutes zoom call. Also diversity in this company is questionable. Very.

      Great product, good tech-first approach

      Cons

      It’s impossible to be competent and also blindly loyal. CEO demands the latter, so the former is nowhere to be found after he ran out the experienced executives. The growth motion is a Ponzi scheme, demand has been led by incompetent and inexperienced middle management, and the CEO structure is a joke. There is just one competent leader on CSuite that could actually work for a public company. There is no real gen AI, expense product was never built, and there is an idea they can just plow their way to disrupting Concur or Amex GBT without the realization that the corporate travel industry hates them.
