Pros

Within my team, I loved my coworkers and we felt supported by each other in the work we aimed to achieve. At an IC-level, cross-functional engagement and work felt cohesive.

Cons

Middle and senior management was consistently changing and goals were also consistently disrupted. Some of this was out of their control, some was reactive to executive positions, and some was due to their own personal agendas. This often resulted in blaming ICs and a toxic culture.

Pros

The best part of Tripactions/Navan was able to make lifetime friendships.

Cons

Why on earth would you hire Travel Managers with no travel experience?? Each day, was groundhog's day, leadership making the same mistakes and expecting a different outcome. Seeing first-hand favoritism and Bullying from managers and HR turning a blind eye to abuses I could no longer work for a company that could condone this type of behavior from mid and upper management. Seen too many of my co-workers treated horribly and forced to leave.
