Pros

-Extremely smart team -Working in a space thats completely archaic and ready for innovation. Everyone loves TA when they see a demo -Its nice selling a best in class platform (Makes my job easy) -At least 2 dogs in office at all times -Catered food -Seriously, really smart people -Great company trips like Vega$ because we are doing so well -Well backed, very, very quickly growing

Cons

-Too much to get done, not enough time -We will need a bigger office soon :) -Lack of ping pong table... cough

Pros

Somewhat amenable to remote work, decent benefits

Cons

- Complete sales-run nonsense; everything is for show - Everyone wants someone else to take responsibility, and when you don't take responsibility for someone else's failures you're on the chopping block - The engineers are always blamed for management's lack of planning and most importantly their lack of communicating - Everything is thrown over the wall back and forth, no one actually practices any kind of Agile techniques (but they will say they do in the interview) - Finger pointing is the go-to solution to anything somewhat wrong - They recently implemented a policy where 10% of their workforce is laid off each year, based on whatever Finance determines is appropriate

Pros

Training it self was great. Lots of support.

Cons

Information hard to find. Instead of email or bulletins, have to search in Slack channels. Support is low/minimal, takes quite a long time. Agents cannot advocate for themselves, no internal QA. Goals changed. Bonus metrics changed often.
