Management doesn’t care about their people! There is no loyalty to the employees at all. CEO, Leif Ottosson has told employees that he doesn’t care about a work life balance, and if employees can’t work 24/7, then Navico is not the place for them. He also promised a profit sharing and now denies saying it. COO, Louis Chemi is just a yes man to Leif, and doesn’t have the courage to make decisions on his own. He is more comfortable throwing people under the bus than admitting fault. Navico has issues with product delivery and knowingly sends out faulty products. They lost the only good HR Manager that the company has had in the last 10 years.

There is some poor leadership with a lack of accountability. No projects ever seemed to get finished and were left hanging at the final stage.
