Pros

Hard to find anything good to say. Salary was ok but you were expected to work hard for it. Free lunches on occasion.

Cons

Processes changed way too often. Poorly managed. They feel work comes first, family second. No job description. Unfriendly atmosphere. Good people came and left very quickly.

IT Department - Good Management - moving in forward direction

Pros

I just know about the IT department, not sure of the other departments. IT Director is very focused and is moving the IT department is moving in a forward direction. Documentation, Technology, more onsite responsibility all moving forward in a positive direction. IT employees very intelligent and good natured a lot of fun, and some good laughs. Great group of people. In general all the departments have great people working for them. Love the atmosphere and the people feels like a second home. Health Benefits are good. Hours are good. CEO leads by example; hard work and high expectations.

Cons

Its a global company. Being able to learn from people who are located in different zones across the world can be a challenge. There is not really a bonus program or profit sharing, salary and raises are more in line with cost of living raises each year. Doing things for employees is nice but people like to be rewarded for hard work with monetary rewards as well. (granted its been tough all over with recession, but that is now changing so time to change with it reward hard work). There has been some instability with the direction of the company as far as ownership. This causes some concern even when its down played so it will be nice when that is resolved.
