Pros

Was a great company to work for before It became a hertz company.

Cons

Massive layoffs after becoming a hertz company. Gave minimal severances. Required overtime with no compensation.

Pros

Use to have a good company culture with decent benefits (Executive incentive bonus) but ever since getting bought out by Hertz, every aspect of company has gone down the drain.

Cons

Terrible management with no direction to take the company. Forcing employees to transition to Hertz and loosing all the benefits in the process. Significant layoffs and negative working atmosphere. Significant overtime requirements with no payback or appreciation.

Pros

money was the only thing good here, no career plans, people are promoted to new titles with no new responsibilities

Cons

job was horrible, ideas are pushed aside until stolen for others gain, no career path, most managers lack more than a high diploma. dog eat dog environment
