Friendly/family environment, small company feel, laid back, had lots of smart people there before layoffs

Cons

I thoroughly enjoyed working at Navigation Solutions, until the company decided to lay off most of its engineering work force. A company that works in technology cannot survive without its engineers. Frankly, I'll be surprised if this company lasts much longer. Layoffs were given without any notice.
