Pros

The products are actually very strong.

Cons

Too many to list here. A company that had incredible promise but has squandered it by thinking they are indestructible. Many of the key people have left or are leaving. Customers are struggling to be successful. Certain teams are untouchable and they need to be removed.

Pros

The company is doing everything it can to become the #1 seller of SAP. This means they will cater and spend for the right employees to reach that goal. You receive hands on experience with SAP software and have access to consultants to assist you with any questions regarding the product.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly so the office in Pleasant Grove is getting a bit tight with everyone. That's my only real complaint.

Pros

Navigator provides a good environment to work in and provides the tools to succeed. In general the people are good to work with. It provides good steady work and a paycheck.

Cons

Benefits are very poor and minimal. The pay is sub-par for the industry and area. There are massive communication issues between management and the "front line" employees.
