Overworked with no advancement

Pros

Some autonomy with work. Provide training on SAP products.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Was recently approached by a recruiter who I referred to some former colleagues. He told me that he could not consider because of an agreement with Navigator. Worked long hours and never received a single pay increase.

Very easy going atmosphere. Expected to work hard but in a very relaxed environment. Everyone is very pleasant to associate with.

Great Company to Grow and Learn. A lot of Employe Empowerment

Cons

Pluses and Minuses being remote. Do not get to interact a lot with coworkers cause of the distance. However, All hands is great and allow for the interaction.
