Pros

Navigator is rapidly growing and has great leaders in place to take the company to the next level. As we grow the culture is changing and starting to develop at the corporate office. We have staff that is very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with one another, making a strong team.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say.

So much potential, but...

Pros

Lots of good people on the front lines. SAP is a mature and valuable software. It's easy to get behind the product. Lot's of growth opportunity is possible here, if...

Cons

Little to no training and enablement. There is no investment in developing and grooming employees to be successful. SAP is such a large and complex platform that it would take more than a year to become self sufficient and a valuable sales rep or consultant, even with some training. Unfortunately, they just kind of turn you loose in the deep end and as a result you're constantly feeling in over your head or like a fraud because half the customers have been on the platform longer than you have and know more than you do if you're just starting out. It makes it difficult to be confident, but you're supposed to be the "authority". If you're already an expert on SAP, and you are high functioning on your own, you'll have a much better chance of success here. The top performers work 20 hour days though and that's just kind of expected because they can't keep people around and those remaining take on more work than they can handle in a reasonable work day.

Pros

Free Air Conditioning and Drinking Water.

Cons

Lack of communication and interaction with management. There are set processes but they are flawed. Base Salary was weak. Benefits were Sub-par. There is no culture. It felt like everyone knew they were above working there, and near the next step in their career. Booking business was more important than taking care of customers. Everyone says that it’s understandable that there is no onboarding because they are small. With all the money spent on other things, I think formal training and onboading should be paramount. Very little ownership, as it felt like you were an assistant and not allowed to take on real tasks. Constant, radical comp plan changes. Inconsistency in commission pay outs. There is no ramp up for Sales Reps. You are eating Ramen until you close something.
