Great company, vision for the future. One of the first "ERP" partners to embrace Cloud. Top SAP Cloud Partner year after year. Exciting move to the "Seed-to-Sale" software vertical. If you like to be on the leading edge of Enterprise software, great place to be.

Cons

If you are looking for a 9-5 job, this isn't the place. If you want to do the same thing every day, this isn't the place for you. If you are a self starter, and you want to make a difference, and be rewarded for your performance, its a great place.

Pros

Navigator is rapidly growing and has great leaders in place to take the company to the next level. As we grow the culture is changing and starting to develop at the corporate office. We have staff that is very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with one another, making a strong team.
