I have genuinely loved working for Navitas, mainly due to my amazing colleagues and students. Working in education is extremely rewarding. Global company with many opportunities for those wishing to pursue a career in international education.

Cons

Losing a lot of good staff due to new management across the company who are full of self importance and detached from the real business on the ground. Staff on the ground are over worked and demotivated. The goodwill of once loyal staff ran out a long time ago.
