Pros

Easy to keep your job if you transfer from State to other States or overseas, so good for military spouses.

Cons

Working hours are too long. Pay is too little and rarely gives whole weekend off. Not very good at dividing shifts. If work there for more years you get all the good shifts. If you are new, they overwork you without praise. Also if you have worked for one year and got a transfer to another location, they will pay you as if you are just beginning all over again. No raise.

Pros

Wide variety of tasks which kept the job from getting mundane. Got to work independently, and had a fantastic boss (District VP)!

Cons

Middle managers tend to be petty and gossip a lot. Also, managers have a "I'm a manager, I shouldn't have to do this" attitude, rather than working along side their staff.

Pros

I like all the benefits they have for the Associates like dental, life insurance, medical, 40k and retirement plan. The years I work at new Orleans were very good and i feel lime my second family.

Cons

Pay is not very good especially if you been working for a while.
