Pros

Benefits, advanced scheduling. Union standards protect workers from discrimination and harassment. Secure facilities on military bases. Works well for those who need job security.

Cons

Management and supervisors are a hit and miss. Some have no clue how the rules and federal laws work in a workplace

Pros

It was a wonderful opportunity to provide service for our activity duty and retired military personnel and their families.

Cons

It is very difficult to get full-time hours. The pay is low and the schedule is always changing.

Pros

The associates and shopping privileges. Also, the base access to use the gym facility. Overall it's a good place to work for students.

Cons

Poor management, no room for advancement to grow within the company. They also don't have any incentives to reward their employees.
