Nice environment, great coworkers, excellent benefits , 401k.

Cons

Pay is not the minimum but isn't great either, a lot of the people that works there is been in the NEX forever so there's not much promotion opportunity .

Possibility to be good place to work but need to replace most of management staff.

Cons

Management did not listen to or care about employees, Low Pay, long hours. Very stressful and unappreciated. Mangers are not qualified to fill the position they are in. "Good OL Boys Club"

Cons

can be over worked for small pay. Some managers are useless.
