Pros

Aside from the opportunity to continually meet new people, the Navy Exchange is very good about working with your school schedule, test days, and finals. The store I work at is almost like a family.

Cons

Not enough hours, but to be fair my school schedule is also pretty hectic.

Not many, unfortunately. It was simply not a great environment, given the people I had to work with.

Cons

There is no chance of upward movement, very little change in opportunities and responsibility during employment.
