Pros

The benefit package was awesome. Never had to worry about losing your job due to cutbacks. It was a pride factor knowing you were working with and for the military.

Cons

Low pay, call ins, and drama. Short staffing could be very aggravating especially on night shifts. Covering several departments at one time could be very frustrating.

Cons

work-life balance low pay low hours, even for full time associates management never follows through with "promises" of changing things for the better Employees come last, and policies are not followed Safety becomes an issue when management on site doesn't even know their own guidelines HR never follows through with complaints of safety or work hazards. Advancement is almost impossible
