Pros

Depending on the department that you choose you can really enjoy your experience at the Navy Exchange. There are some really nice people there. Also there's a lot of events and activities for employees to be apart of.

Cons

Management.... needs to GREATLY improve. Its alot of employee vs. managers there. Geeks vs. Jocks type of environment. Alot of gossiping and even some emotional bullying. Also not alot of training is done. The turnover at that place is crazy.

Not many, unfortunately. It was simply not a great environment, given the people I had to work with.

Cons

There is no chance of upward movement, very little change in opportunities and responsibility during employment.

Cons

Got stuck as a flex employee while working full-time. (No benefits? As a flex)
