Pros

The people I worked with were good people. I enjoyed working with them and they were fun to be around. The pay was reasonable.

Cons

The management treats you like like you are 12 years old. They are disrespectful and have little to no respect for you as a human being. Pretty much traditional retail but its pretty brutal. They also tend to be very reluctant to give you full time employment.

* Job security * Good work/life balance * Decent benefits beyond medical, dental and pension * Tax free shopping benefit and the exchange * Career opportunities are there for those with ambition

Cons

* In some locations, too many chiefs and not enough Indians * Unbalanced, unrealistic customer service / task expectation inhibits productivity * Due to change in culture in the NEX system, there is a vast difference in the skill set and ambition level between tenured employees and new hires
